Karen has been Vicar of Crondall and Ewshot since 2006, having been ordained deacon in the Winchester Diocese in 2001. She served her curacy at St. Lawrence, Alton.
Prior to ordination she was a solicitor, and is married with two teenage children.

Sue has been non-stipendiary Assistant Curate at Crondall since September 2007, having served her first curacy at St Mary’s Ash Vale.  She was ordained Deacon in 2003.  She works part time as a staff nurse at the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham and has two adult children.

Barry has been assistant curate since 2003.  He is also a part time chaplain at Frimley Park Hospital, an Army Padre serving as an Officiating Chaplain to the Forces, a TA Padre to the Rifles, and a Cadet Padre to Buckinghamshire.  Before retiring in 2002 at the age of 50 he worked for Wilkinson Sword as an Accountant, held the Royal Warrant to Her Majesty The Queen for Sword Making, and was a director of the Pension Scheme.
