Youth and Children
We had a fantastic time at the Pyramid Rock Holiday Club for ages 5-11.

Sunday Club : For Under 11's

Sunday Club and the creche meet in the Church Rooms at Crondall, opposite the church, from 9:20am until 10:15am, when the children join their families in church for a blessing and the final hymn. All ages from birth onwards are welcome, and are divided into age groups with age-appropriate activities and bible teaching.
Sunday Club has been on holiday during August, but resumes on 5th September with Sunday Club as usual in the morning, and a "Welcome Back" teaparty at The Vicarage from 3-5 pm that afternoon to which all families are welcome.
On the third Sunday of each month the children and young people lead the worship for the 9:30 Sunday service (usually an All Age Communion).
At St Mary's there is a regular All Age Service on the first Sunday of every month at 11am in which children and young people play a major part.
ASSM Youth Group
The youth group for 11-15s meets (usually) on the first and third Sundays in the Church Rooms at 4:30pm for food, fun and "stuff about God".

We welcomed year 6 to the Vicarage for Garden Games in June 2010

We care deeply about our young people and see this as one of the key areas for mission and development.
We appointed Laura Barber in January 2009 as a part-time and children's youth and children's worker for three years to take this work forward. Please pray for Laura and our other leaders and helpers in this field. Laura's mid-term report can be downloaded by clicking here.
Our work with children and young people will be celebrated in a special service at 6.30pm on Sunday 10th October at All Saints Church, at which the Archdeacon of Surrey will preach and license Laura in her work. This service is open to all, but we hope that those who regularly work with children and youth in our churches will be present so that we can thank them and pray for them in this ministry.
