Prayers |
Daily Vicarage Reflection‘Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.’ Proverbs 16.24.
Heavenly father, help us to use our words to encourage and affirm those around us. Guide our hearts we pray. Amen. | Prayer for troubles timesLoving God, keep us under the shadow of your wings in these challenging times. Keep us firm in faith and strong in hope, as we serve you through those around us, giving help where there is need and conversation where loneliness. Guide the leaders of the nations and soften the hearts of those who would impose their will on others. Renew our resolve to work for peace in all we do. We pray in the strength of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. |
