Daily Vicarage Reflection

‘Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone.’ Pablo Picasso.

Father God, help us to focus on the things that really matter each day, and to do our best to complete important tasks. May we work together for the common good. Faithful God, lead and energise us we pray. Amen.

Pandemic Prayer

Loving God, keep us under the shadow of your wings in this time of uncertainty and fear. Keep us firm in faith and strong in hope as we serve you through those around us, giving help where there is need and conversation where there is loneliness. Give wisdom and and strength to all key workers, and guide our leaders as they work out the way ahead. Renew our trust in your love for us all, through difficult times as well as those of rejoicing. We pray in the strength of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
