Daily Vicarage Reflection
‘Globally, we’re in this together. Depth is being forced on us by great suffering, which always leads to great love.’ Richard Rohr.
Heavenly father, help us to grow through our troubles as we support those who suffer, reflecting your love in all our actions and prayers. Loving and faithful God, hear us and help us. Amen. | Pandemic PrayerLoving God, keep us under the shadow of your wings in this time of uncertainty and fear. Keep us firm in faith and strong in hope as we serve you through those around us, giving help where there is need and conversation where there is loneliness. Give wisdom and and strength to all key workers, and guide our leaders as they work out the way ahead. Renew our trust in your love for us all, through difficult times as well as those of rejoicing. We pray in the strength of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. |
